Submit your brokers' listings
An IDX Vendor, or any vendor who has written permission to distribute a broker's listings, can upload those listings to Google Base to give them more exposure on Google. Here's how to get started:
  1. Sign up for a Google Base Account.

  2. Follow these directions to set up a "multi-client account". This will enable you to upload listings for multiple brokers.

  3. Get permission from your broker clients to upload their listings (i.e., the houses they're selling).

  4. Upload each broker's listings using the bulk upload process.
Note: Google respects the permissions of brokers; you should only distribute listings from brokers who have given you their express permission to do so.
