Description |
Responsible for driving call center sales as a primary delivery channel for all Cox residential services and product lines while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develops, implements, and leads sales strategies for Cox Communications and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization. Exceed revenue growth and profit objectives by maximizing the sales of individual and bundled Cox video, voice (may include Wireless) and data services to residential customers through multiple sales channels including inbound and outbound telemarketing, and in-house residential sales teams.
High-intensity sales function servicing inbound-calling customers, on a quota, commission basis.
Maximize residential sales calls by selling Cox Communications products and services to new and existing customers generating revenue.
Utilizes sales skills to meet and or exceed production expectations by adhering to a defined call flow structure.
Generate revenue through the sale of Cox's products and services while cross-selling during outbound and inbound sales calls, or online through e-commerce activities. (existing and new customers)
Respond to customer inquiries on our products (video, telephone, high-speed data and digital TV services, wireless etc.) while at the same time educating our customers and promoting current marketing campaigns and promotions.
Retain revenue of Cox's products and services during outbound, inbound sales call or online through e-commerce activities.
May take inbound calls from customers who are requesting a "controllable" disconnect.
Utilizes multiple databases to access and create customer account information.
Understands and promotes current marketing campaigns and strategies to customers and potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales and/or retention activities on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Typical Training / Experience - HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience; Specialized skill training/certification may be required; 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility required
