We are currently looking for a Product Engineer with the following skills and qualifications.

Minimum Education is BSEE, MSEE is highly preferred.

By means of technical skill and extensive experience the job holder will analyze, develop and deliver fabrication process (and equipment performance based) solutions that enhance product performance, streamline process efficiency, reduce costs, improve equipment and manufacturing process methodology.

MUST HAVE's:
* Product AND Process Engineering Experience. Engineers with primarily Process experience and NOT Product experience will not be considered.
* Exposure to a variety of process tool areas; Diffusion, Thin Films, Photolithography, Epitaxial.
* NOT ionterested in candidates with digital, MEMS, IC or solar experience. Discrete products only, i.e. Bi-polar, MOSFET, BJT, PBT, TVS, etc.
* Control Mechanisms of SPC, Cp, or Cpk AND 5S.
* Exposure to analytical tools and techniques.
* DOE and FMEA literate, and able to demonstrate on resume.


Qualifications:

* Bachelors with minimum of 4 years experience, Master's with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
* Successful Project Management experience.
* Leadership Experience or demonstrated capability.
* Proven Yield Improvement Track Record.
* TS16949 or ISO9000, ISO9001 experience wanted
