Lockheed Martin is currently looking to fill a mid-level financial analyst/budget analyst position to support the Office of the Director of National Intelligence's Chief Financial Office (CFO). The CFO's Program Assessment and Evaluation Office (PAEO) is responsible for conducting analysis of National Intelligence Program (NIP) plans, programs, and budgets. The candidate should have experience with the budget cycle, identifying resource shortfalls and investments, and large financial data calls. Activities may include: developing large financial data calls and analyzing results; performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on cross program issues; and prepare briefings, talking points, position papers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience within the intelligence community. Minimum of 4 years experience with Financial Management, Programming, Resource Management, or Cost Analysis. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with developing Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with particular emphasis on the ability to clearly communicate complex information. Candor, a commitment to excellence, and the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, tact, flexibility, and sound judgment. Ability to adapt quickly to emerging issues and priorities in a changing work environment. Knowledge of government budget and resource management process. TS/SCI with CI Poly.
