One of those 30 businesses is Magness Land and Cattle. This cattle ranch produces champion Limousin cattle each year. Limousin cattle are a French breed of cattle that are easily picked out by their beautiful red coats. These cattle are also known for producing excellent lean meat.

Magness Land and Cattle prides themselves in raising the best champion Limousin cattle. In fact, they just won two prizes at American Royal Limousin Show in Kansas City, MO. Gary Magness' company is now working closely with Colorado State University and Smithfield Beef to breed what they hope will be the perfect beef cow.

Mr. Magness has plenty of interests outside of the cattle business also. Gary also loves cars and trucks. Gary is a team leader for the Mango Racing team, and head driver for Truck 250. His team competes in the famous Baja 1000, the most demanding of all the off road races in the world.
